Mohib Ullah murder: 3 more remanded

A Cox’s Bazar court today granted three-day remand each for three more accused in the murder case of Rohingya leader Mohib Ullah.

Cox’s Bazar Senior Judicial Magistrate Tamanna Farah passed the order around noon, reports our local correspondent quoting inspector Chandan Kumar Chakraborty of court police.

The accused are Abdus Salam (32), Ziaur Rahman (30), and Mohammad Ilias (35), the inspector added.

The accused were produced in the court from Cox’s Bazar district jail around 10:30 am.

The same court granted remand of two other accused — Selim Ullah (33) and Shawkat Ullah (23) in the case on October 3.
